Receiving

You can have your valued items shipped to our 45,000 sq. ft receiving warehouse. The warehouse is climate controlled and has 24 hours a day security so worry will be taken away by having your items in safe and expert hands. All items will be inspected by fully trained receivers to ensure there are no shipping damages or glitches. Once inspected they will be placed in an online inventory and you will be notified of the arrival, you will also be given a reference number for your ease of access to the items. Once on inventory all items are carefully placed in the purpose built storage area and covered with the appropriate materials in order to preserve the look and finish.

 

Please ensure that all items that you have sent to the receiving department are clearly marked with 4 things: Ambassador, Your Name, Your Clients Name (if you have a client) and Your Phone Number. After that just leave the rest to the friendly warehouse staff! Please see our Contact page for receiving hours and further details.

 

Storage

With an abundance of available space and a climate controlled, fully secured storage area you are offered the protection you need for your valued items. You can choose to have your possessions stored in the open in you own individually marked storage area for ease of access or for longer term storage you can opt for secure vaults. Either way you will get peace of mind in the knowledge that your items are monitored 24 hours a day by remote security cameras. White Glove Delivery

Bringing excellence in delivery to the home is where Ambassador will provide you with the services you expect. Our fully trained staff will ensure that all items arrive at your desired delivery location blanket wrapped. They will be taken in to the home, unwrapped, re-inspected and then placed in the area of your choice. Once you are happy blankets and any trash will be removed.
